SOLUTION
Remove several trees close to fence and add anti-scale mitigation to lighting poles.

Before changes could be made, perpetrator used fence scaling aides to enter an access-controlled building and assaulted an officer.
PROBLEM
Assessment noted the guard house was missing and had substandard, ineffective bollard protection.
SOLUTION
Add at minimum, a rated bollard(s) of at least M40/P1 around the guard house.
