First Coast Security Services, Inc. (“FCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to fcssecurity.us, individuals who contact us, job applicants, and our clients.
We aim to keep this policy short and clear. If anything is unclear, contact us using the information in Section 9.

2.1 Website Visitors
When you visit fcssecurity.us, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function and to understand how it is used.

2.3 Job Applicants
When you apply for a position with FCS, we collect the information you submit through our application process. This may include your name, contact information, resume, employment history, education, certifications, references, and any other information you choose to share. With your consent, we may also collect information required for background checks, drug screening, and pre-employment verification as required by law and the position you are seeking.
2.4 Clients
When you engage FCS for security services, we collect the information needed to deliver those services. This typically includes business contact information, site and access details, billing information, and any other information you provide in connection with the engagement.
2.5 SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from FCS (for example, as part of recruiting, onboarding, or workforce communications), we collect your mobile number and your consent. See Section 10 for full SMS terms.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide information you request.
- Evaluate job applications and communicate with applicants about employment opportunities.
- Deliver, manage, and bill for security services we provide to clients.
- Send workforce-related text messages (recruiting, HR, shift scheduling, workforce notifications) to individuals who have opted in.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Protect the safety and security of our people, clients, and operations.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business and as described below:
- Service providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate (for example, hosting providers, applicant tracking systems, background check vendors, payroll providers, and IT service providers). These vendors are required to handle information consistent with
this policy. - Clients and partners: Where necessary to deliver contracted services, we may share information with the client or partner organizations involved in that engagement.
- Legal and safety: We may share information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Corporate transactions: If FCS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
5. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the legal, regulatory, and business requirements that apply. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or
anonymize it.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
FCS is headquartered in Florida, and Florida law governs our handling of personal information unless another law applies. If a privacy law applies to your information… such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or another state or federal privacy law… you will have the rights provided by that law,
which may include the right to access, correct, or delete your information.
You can opt out of workforce or marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP (see Section 10).
To make a privacy-related request, contact us using the information in Section 9. We will verify your identity before responding and will reply consistent with applicable law.
7. SECURITY
FCS uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to improve our
protections.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the policy and post the updated version on fcssecurity.us. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner.

10. SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS
10.1 What Messages You May Receive
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FCS related to recruiting, human resources, shift scheduling, and workforce notifications. Message content varies based on your role and your relationship with FCS.
10.2 Opt-In Confirmation
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message similar to: “First Coast Security: You are now subscribed to FCS workforce messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
10.3 How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

10.5 Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Mobile information collected through our SMS program is governed by this Privacy Policy. As stated in Section 4, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
